Biography
Dr. Rhodes obtained his B.A. in Chemistry in 1965 from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut, and his M.D. in 1969 from Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City. He completed his internship in internal medicine at Columbia’s Division of Harlem Hospital Center in New York City (1969-70) and two years of residency training in internal medicine at Boston’s Beth Israel Hospital (1970-72). He obtained a Master’s Degree in Public Health at Harvard University School of Public Health (1973) and served 2 years at the rank of Major in the U.S. Army Health Services Command in Alaska (1973-75). He completed his dermatology residency at the Massachussetts General Hospital/Harvard Dermatology Program (1975-78), and became the first full-time Director of the Division of Dermatology at Boston’s Children’s Hospital (1978-1987). In 1987, he joined the full-time staff at Massachussetts General Hospital where he directed Pediatric Dermatology and In-Patient Dermatology and co-directed the Pigmented Lesion Clinic (1987-89). He served on the Harvard Medical School faculty for 11 years (1978-89) and attained the rank of Associate Professor. In 1989, he joined the faculty of the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine (1989-1999), where he attained the rank of Professor of Dermatology (1991) and directed the Pigmented Lesion Clinic and Melanoma Intervention Program, and served as Director of Education for the Department of Dermatology. In 1999, he joined the full-time faculty as Professor in the Department of Dermatology and Senior Attending at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. At Rush, Dr. Rhodes has been Director of the Melanoma Surveillance Clinic, Director of Pediatric Dermatology, and Director of the fourth year clerkship in Dermatology within Rush Medical College. In addition to practicing general adult and pediatric dermatology, Dr. Rhodes has a keen research interest in the epidemiology and histopathology of melanocytic tumors, risk factors and potential precursors of melanoma, and melanoma intervention strategies. He has written over 100 journal and textbook publications, and he lectures nationally and internationally.

Biography
Doris Day, MD, is a board certified dermatologist who specializes in laser, cosmetic and surgical dermatology on the Upper East Side in New York City. Her private practice includes national and international celebrities. Dr. Day is affiliated with Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City and is a clinical associate professor of dermatology at the New York University Langone Medical Centers where she was presented with the award for Dedication and Excellence in the Teaching of Dermatology. Dr. Day is a highly respected and sought-after media personality in the area of cosmetic dermatology. She also lectures regularly nationally and internationally both to her peers and to the public on cosmetic techniques. She has written and spoken extensively in this area and is a frequent guest expert for Good Morning America and The View, and has had several appearances on 20/20 including a Barbara Walters Special on rejuvenation, CNN, the Today Show, The Rachael Ray Show, The Katie Couric Show, Bethenny, and other television, news and internet events, and is frequently quoted in major women’s magazines including InStyle, Allure, Vogue, Glamour, W, and Cosmopolitan. Dr. Day is a member of many relevant national and international organizations including the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, American Academy of Dermatology, Women’s dermatologic society, NY State Dermatology Society, New York Facial Plastic Surgery Society and is a recent inductee into the American Honors Society of Dental and Facial Aesthetics. She has also served on medical advisory boards and training panels for Allergan, Valeant, Galderma, Merz and others and she teaches other physicians the art and techniques of soft tissue fillers, laser treatments and facial rejuvenation. She is author of two books, Forget the Facelift: Turn Back the Clock with Dr. Day’s Revolutionary Four-Step Program for Ageless Skin (Avery/Penguin Publishers), and 100 Questions and Answers about Acne (Jones and Bartle Publishers) and she has completed a clinical monograph titled Understanding Hyperpigmentation. She is also a freelance journalist for several medical and other scientific and internet publications, and is a talk show host for Doctor Radio, on SiriusXM 81, with her own bi-monthly two hour live dermatology call-in radio show, which won the American Academy of Dermatology 2010 Golden Triangle Award for Media Excellence. She is listed in the Doctors Who’s Who, and has won awards for her work in laser research. After graduating from Columbia University with a degree in English, she completed her masters in journalism and science writing at New York University and earned her MD at Downstate Medical School in New York. She completed her residency in dermatology at Cornell University College of Medicine with the title of Chief Resident. She is a devoted wife and mother of two college children, loves traveling, reading and spending time with her family.

Biography
Dr. Adolfo Napolez, MD is a board certified emergency medicine physician in Palm Coast, Florida. He is currently licensed to practice medicine in Florida, Indiana, and California. Napolez earned his medical degree from Southern Illinois University, Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, in Springfield. He completed his general surgery schooling at West Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh and his burn surgery training at Cook County Hospital in Chicago. Napolez was chief resident when the hospital was considered the number one burn unit in the country. Napolez completed a fellowship in general cosmetic surgery through the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, finishing his training in 2006. He is currently a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, the American College of Phlebology, the American Society of Cosmetic Breast Surgery, the American Society of Liposuction Surgery, and the International Society of Cosmetic Laser Surgery.
